I can still open up the pip boy and mvoe around in the menus and select stuff like normal but I only have audio cues to go off on as the entire thing is invisible. Open your console and type player.inv. If you see a power armor atomic cat in your inventory list (while not in power armor) then you have the bug. There's some possible fixes on YouTube but the only way I could fix it was roll back to a save my pip boy worked.
